These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between mu8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided through the mu8888 website located at https://mu8888.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the services offered by mu8888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific promotion terms that may be in force from time to time.

mu8888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account on mu8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during account use:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. mu8888 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21. This age restriction is strictly enforced and any account found to have been created by or used by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of using gambling services in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not already hold an active or suspended mu8888 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same person constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mu8888.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address. You undertake to promptly update this information if it changes.

mu8888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point at mu8888's discretion, you may be required to submit the following documentation:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or passport).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding the submitted identification document.
• Where applicable, documentation supporting the source of funds used to make deposits.

mu8888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe. Funds in such accounts will be dealt with in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, mu8888 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence expressly excludes any commercial use, resale, or systematic extraction of Platform content.

You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with the standards of conduct set out in this Agreement. You further agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Notify mu8888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not use the Platform in a manner that may cause harm to mu8888 or other users.
• Access the Platform only through authorised means and not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with it.

All transactions on the mu8888 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals, subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay (Malaysian e-wallets)
• DuitNow QR and FPX instant bank transfer
• Direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and USDT, subject to separate cryptocurrency terms)

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the payment provider. mu8888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which mu8888 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
2. The withdrawal amount must be derived from cleared, verified, and eligible funds — not from locked bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.
3. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
4. mu8888 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 5–30 minutes and bank transfers within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

mu8888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money balance. Withdrawals will first deplete real-money balance before bonus funds are affected.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• mu8888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion at any time where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the mu8888 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market as published within the Platform. The following general principles apply:

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are binding. You may not cancel or void a bet once it has been confirmed, unless the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or void option.
• mu8888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to technical error, data feed failure, or human error, where such odds were materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Platform's records shall be the definitive source of truth, subject to any review mechanism published within the Platform's help section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per day, as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing a wager. mu8888 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any account without notice.
• Winnings from sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games are calculated and credited to your account balance automatically upon resolution of the event or game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mu8888 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, or shared device or IP address.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game, bet, or feature of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, or with any third party, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or malfunctions to obtain winnings or credits to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any winnings obtained in this manner are void and will be reclaimed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or KYC process.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including but not limited to operating as a third-party agent for other players.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account without that person's explicit and verifiable consent.

All content on the mu8888 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name mu8888, logos, website design, user interface elements, text, images, graphics, software, and game content, is the exclusive property of mu8888 or is licensed to mu8888 by its respective content providers and game studios.

No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of mu8888. Unauthorised use of mu8888 intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu8888 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to interrupted, delayed, or unavailable services caused by technical failure, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate odds or game information displayed due to technical errors, where mu8888 has acted in good faith to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in this Agreement limits mu8888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

mu8888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that, for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-platform alerts at set intervals to remind them of the time elapsed during a gambling session.

• A self-exclusion request has been made by the Player or notified to us by a third party.
• Regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirements compel us to do so.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any pending bonus conditions and deductions for breach-related forfeitures) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

Where dispute resolution procedures are available within the Platform, Players are encouraged to exhaust these internal procedures before pursuing any formal legal action. mu8888 commits to reviewing all formal complaints in good faith and responding within a reasonable timeframe.
